Henry, MBA — a senior finance leader with more than a decade of experience across e-commerce, consumer products, food and beverage, private equity-backed businesses, FP&A, commercial finance, supply-chain finance, cost accounting, and public accounting.
James has partnered with CEOs, executive leadership teams, boards, and investors to drive meaningful financial results. His experience includes leading major business turnarounds, delivering more than $40 million in annualized profitability improvement, substantial supply-chain cost reductions, and building scalable finance functions from the ground up. Prior experience includes roles at Thrasio, B&G Foods, and Deloitte, along with an MBA in Professional Accounting from Rutgers University.
